Programs
Cypress Academy Ninja provides a first class Ninja training facility, featuring incredible Ninja structures, warped walls and more! Ninjas will focus on upper body and grip strength, coordination and body control, and overall confidence while conquering a variety of obstacles.
Ninjas will start off with a basic level of fundamental skills from walking across a balancing bridge or first swinging on a lache bar to smashing the buzzer of the tallest warped wall or topping the last rung of the salmon ladder. After Ninjas get some practice on our basic courses, they will progress to our timed and more challenging courses. Classes are for ages 3 & up for boys and girls (co-ed), and will be grouped by age and skill level.
Ninja Tots
Co-ed, walking – 3 years
With the help of Mom or Dad this class will focus on gross motor skills, flexibility, class structure, following directions, and many of the fundamental skills of ninja.

Pre-School
Co-ed, 3 – 5 years (Potty trained)
At this age, children are ready to participate by themselves. Cypress Academy uses the sport of ninja as a tool to challenge children to expand their developing capabilities.
Our Preschool Program is split into three different skill levels: Gray Storm, Blue Lightning & White Thunder.

Rec
In our Ninja Rec Program, your child will be introduced to the basic skills needed to accomplish different obstacles based on a curriculum of 5 areas of focus.
Our Rec Program is divided by age and skill level. Our Kinder-2nd Program has 4 levels for students to progress through: Blue Cyclone, White Riptide, Black Tsunami & Jr Elite. Our 3rd Grade & up program is divided into 4 levels as well: Monsoon, Typhoon, Hurricane & Elite.
